WE ARE HIRING: Content & Community Manager Requirements Experiencia previa como Content Manager, Social Media Manager, Community Manager o posición similar (preferentemente en agencia). Conocimiento sólido de plataformas sociales como Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn y otras plataformas emergentes. Capacidad para desarrollar estrategias de contenido, storytelling y calendarios editoriales. Experiencia colaborando con equipos creativos y multidisciplinarios. Capacidad analítica para interpretar métricas y optimizar el desempeño del contenido. Excelente organización y habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos de manera simultánea. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable). Responsibilities Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de contenido para redes sociales alineadas a los objetivos de cada marca. Crear, gestionar y dar seguimiento a calendarios editoriales para diferentes clientes y plataformas. Planificar, programar y supervisar la publicación de contenido en redes sociales. Coordinar con equipos de diseño, copywriting, video y creatividad para la producción de contenido. Elaborar briefs de contenido y proporcionar dirección estratégica a los equipos internos. Administrar y moderar comunidades digitales, garantizando una interacción oportuna con seguidores y usuarios. Monitorear comentarios, mensajes directos, menciones y conversaciones relacionadas con las marcas. Detectar oportunidades para incrementar el engagement y fortalecer la relación con las comunidades. Desarrollar iniciativas y dinámicas que impulsen la participación de la audiencia. Analizar el desempeño del contenido, comportamiento de la audiencia y métricas clave para optimizar resultados. Elaborar reportes mensuales con hallazgos, aprendizajes e insights accionables. Garantizar la consistencia del tono de comunicación, mensajes y lineamientos de marca. Gestionar múltiples cuentas y proyectos de manera simultánea. Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias digitales, cambios en plataformas y nuevos formatos de contenido. Identificar oportunidades de real-time marketing y contenido basado en tendencias. Colaborar con equipos de PR, Influencer Marketing, Creatividad y Client Services para asegurar campañas integrales.   Skills Proactive mindset Teamwork Strong communication skills Excellent writing and spelling Client-oriented and service-driven Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure
