WE ARE HIRING: Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Manager (Beauty & Lifestyle) Requirements5 years of experience in PR, communications, or agency environments (Beauty & Lifestyle preferred)Advanced EnglishProven experience leading accounts and teamsStrong experience in: Public Relations (PR) within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brandsInfluencer Marketing (IM), including talent selection and campaign executionBrand positioning, storytelling, and reputation managementExperience managing beauty and lifestyle clients (skincare, cosmetics, wellness, fashion, etc.)Experience developing 360 strategies (PR + IM + digital)Strong relationships with beauty/lifestyle media and influencersExperience in crisis management (preferred)Knowledge in: Content creation aligned to trends, launches, and brand storytellingMedia relations and pitching for beauty/lifestyle outletsInfluencer negotiation and partnershipsPR & IM monitoring and reportingAgency experience (highly preferred)ActivitiesLead PR and Influencer Marketing strategies for beauty & lifestyle brandsDevelop communication plans aligned with product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal trendsOversee and ensure execution of PR & IM campaigns across beauty and lifestyle accountsManage relationships with: Beauty and lifestyle mediaInfluencers and content creatorsClients and key stakeholdersDefine brand narrative, tone of voice, and positioning aligned with market trendsApprove communication materials: Press releases (product launches, brand announcements)Media pitches tailored to beauty/lifestyle outletsCampaign briefs and influencer guidelinesCoordinate influencer campaigns: Talent scouting (aligned to brand DNA)Negotiation and partnershipsPerformance tracking and reportingMonitor media coverage and campaign performanceAnalyze results and generate reports with actionable insightsPresent strategies, results, and proposals to clientsLead and mentor team members (executives, trainees)Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, paid media) for integrated campaignsIdentify opportunities for brand visibility, trends, and collaborationsStay up to date with beauty/lifestyle trends, creators, and platformsManage sensitive situations or brand reputation issues when neededSkillsLeadership and team managementStrategic and creative thinkingStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Deep understanding of beauty/lifestyle trends and audiencesClient management and relationship buildingNegotiation and influencer managementProblem-solvingOrganization and ability to manage multiple projectsProactivityTeamwork
