You’ll work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment and gain valuable exposure to a variety of projects across multiple real estate sectors, such as multifamily, office, retail, and industrial, amongst others, as well as equity investment strategies across the risk-return spectrum, including core, value-add, opportunistic, and ground-up development. Although focused on real estate, you will also gain valuable exposure to CIM’s wide range of investment platforms active in principal investing across the real asset industries. This position is a core member of CIM’s real estate investment team and will be accountable for the full set of responsibilities necessary to deliver on successful investment outcomes, from investment execution to value creation and exit. This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles and supports the Real Estate Investments team through macroeconomic and microeconomic research; financial analysis; transaction execution; and ongoing management and governance through the lifecycle of an investment. As an integral member of deal teams, an Associate participates actively in both internal and external meetings and represents CIM Group and its Investments team.
