At CIM Group, you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance and strategy of a national commercial real estate credit portfolio. We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented team member to join our Loan Servicing and Closing group. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of loans, lead daily servicing activities along with the associated debt, assist in closing of new originations, and partner closely with teams across investments, legal, development, loan resource group, compliance, treasury and accounting. Your work will directly influence decision‑making and help optimize the value of multifaceted, multimillion‑dollar assets.
