B2B Operations Lead

The journey ahead is bold, and we’re looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.   As Bigblue continues to grow its B2B activity alongside its historical B2C business, delivering a reliable service to our merchants is a key priority. We are looking for a B2B Operations Manager to take over the role as the current manager transitions out. This position has end-to-end responsibility for B2B operations across the EU, including operational performance, service quality, and coordination across teams. The role combines strategic ownership and hands-on execution, with direct people management. You will ensure that operational decisions and improvements are made with a clear understanding of merchant needs and expectations.
