Beghou is seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our finance team. This role will support the Financial Planning & Analysis function by transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business performance. The FP&A Analyst/Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with the VP of FP&A, Controller, CFO, and other senior leaders to evaluate financial performance, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and develop high-impact reporting. A high-performing candidate in this role has the opportunity to progress to a Manager level position, offering increasing responsibilities and leadership opportunities within the Finance function.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial modeling and accounting, sharp analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail. Equally important is the ability to synthesize and clearly communicate financial concepts to stakeholders across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact in a high-growth, performance-driven environment, while gaining exposure to key business initiatives at the executive level.
This is a hybrid position for candidates based in the Chicagoland area.
