The Role We are sourcing a Data Analyst for a 12-month contract engagement with one of ClearPoint's clients, based hybrid in Auckland Central. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who is hungry, highly collaborative, and comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity in a fast-moving, small scale environment. What You Will Be Doing Acting as a product owner for the reporting layer, capturing requirements from stakeholders and managing expectations through to delivery Translating platform data into functional, well-structured dashboards and reports Participating in daily stand-ups and maintaining high visibility of in-flight work Flagging blockers early and seeking guidance on requirement ambiguity Supporting data governance activities, including assistance with data policy development and data deletion frameworks The Experience We Are Looking For Proven experience in a data analyst role, with strong skills in data querying, cleansing, and transformation Power BI development experience is a must, including designing and delivering dashboards to a functional standard Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational data sources Experience translating business requirements into reporting outputs and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders Comfort working in a collaborative, high-transparency environment with regular stakeholder interaction Experience within consulting or professional services is advantageous What's Next?
