Software Engineer Manager - Position Management

We look for passionate team members that excel and their contribution is critical to our continued success.  Belvedere Trading is looking for a Position Management Team Lead who can blend together leadership and management skills with software development expertise and knowledge of an options market making risk systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years leading a software development team or project. You will get to lead a team to work and collaborate with Belvedere quants to apply engineering solutions, and tackle challenges in programming, technology, mathematics and finance. Your initial responsibilities will include guiding the architecture and design of the team’s systems, ensure the production system has high quality and stability, guide the career path of the developers on the team, and do some hands-on development to push projects forward.
