Tax Manager/Director - Flowthrough

This individual manages and executes complex client engagements, providing strategic guidance that supports both tax efficiency and overall business objectives. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop tailored tax solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery across a diverse portfolio. You’ll also oversee engagement workflows, review technical work, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on flow-through tax matters. As a leader within the team, the Tax Manager/Director mentors and develops junior staff, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices. This position is ideal for a tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values client interaction, and is committed to deepening their expertise in partnership and S corporation taxation. Industries: Looking for client experience in Real Estate, Manufacturing, Consumer Business & Professional Services.   Note: Preferred candidates will be based in Southern California or the Bay Area. Those within 45 minutes of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule.
