Tax Supervisor or Manager - PCS Estate & Trust (Compliance)

This role emphasizes technical accuracy, adherence to federal and state regulations, and consistent application of firm and professional standards while managing deadlines and mitigating risk. The Tax Supervisor/Manager provides hands‑on guidance to staff, supports mentoring and training efforts, and serves as a knowledgeable point of contact for compliance‑related client matters, ensuring returns are complete, defensible, and aligned with evolving tax laws while maintaining a strong focus on quality control and fiduciary responsibility. (This position is compliance focused)     Note: Open to candidates nationwide. Those within 45 minutes of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule.
