As our business evolves, we're investing in a centralized deal desk function to bring greater speed, consistency, and efficiency to how we structure and close deals. We're hiring a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to lead that charge. This is a high-impact role on the Revenue Operations team, and you'll be the centralized expert the field turns to first. You'll understand our products, how we price them, the cost and margin implications behind every structure, and how we actually sell - so that Sales and Customer Success get fast, accurate, confident guidance. The mark of success here isn't taking orders and processing quotes; it's recommending the smartest course of action and helping the business move faster and sell more effectively. We're looking for someone who is energized by ambiguity, enjoys working across Revenue Operations and counterparts throughout the org (Finance, Accounting, Product, GTM, and beyond), and who wants to fundamentally evolve how deal desk operations work at a fast-scaling company.
