Marketing Operations and Digital Specialist focuses on supporting UK marketing activity through building, reporting, analysis, and hands-on paid search work. You’ll maintain dashboards, review campaign performance across channels and share clear insights on what’s working and what can be improved. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll help run and optimise UK paid search campaigns by testing ads, refining audiences, tracking results and reporting on key metrics. It’s well suited to someone who’s data-driven, organised and comfortable managing day-to-day optimisation and reporting tasks.

📍 Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Maidstone office (County Gate, 2 Staceys St, Maidstone ME14 1ST, United Kingdom), with flexibility for remote working as well.
