Sales Development Representative - Team Leader

As a global SDR Team Leader, you will act as the senior point of expertise and best practice for Caseware's SDR function. Based in the UK, you will lead without direct line management responsibility, instead leading through influence, mentorship and expertise across regional SDR teams. You will set the standard for how the regional SDR teams operates - from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through to tooling, reporting and process improvement - while continuing to contribute individually to pipeline creation.  You will align goals and activities with our global marketing plans to ensure Caseware achieves growth targets and work closely with the global Growth Marketing Directors to maximise pipeline creation.     ❗This is a full-time, permanent position.   📍 Location: This position is remote and available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in the UK.
