Director, Global Talent Development

Department: People and Culture Reports to: Vice President, Global Talent Management & People Strategy Location: North Vancouver, BC   Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As Director, Global Talent Development you will be a key leader on the Global Talent Management & People Strategy Team responsible for the design and operationalization of development programs and experiences that unlock potential, accelerate performance, and drive the engagement of our employees. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Meet Your Future Team: The People and Culture (P&C) team partners with all aspects of the business to drive the continuous evolution of people and business practices. We seek to drive greater alignment, to develop and foster rapport, to create trust and maintain partnership throughout the organization. As Director, Global Talent Development, you will work to design, implement, and scale programs that are founded in the Arc’teryx Leadership Code, and that help employees drive impact in their current roles and build toward their career aspirations. You will be responsible for building leadership capability across all levels of the organization, with a focus on accelerating talent readiness and fostering agile and change ready leaders, while driving business performance to support our next phase of growth. You will oversee and drive the execution of our learning strategy, and partner closely with regions and functions.
