Director, Sustainability Transformation

Department: Sustainability Reports to: VP, Sustainability Location: North Vancouver, BC / Portland, OR Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Director of Sustainability Transformation, you will join a capable and committed team driving the Sustainability agenda across Arc’teryx, globally. In this role, you will develop and orchestrate the sustainability governance processes, lead program management and drive cross-functional projects, leveraging your strategic toolbox and execution muscle. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, ensuring that long-term transformation initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with business priorities. You will work hands-on with our Sustainability and Supply Chain teams; and engage a broad cast of internal and Amer Group stakeholders to enable and support delivery of our key strategic pillars for sustainability – Climate, Circularity and Worker Well Being. This role is based in North Vancouver, BC or Portland, OR and open to hybrid work.
