As the Executive Assistant supporting our Vice President, Global FP&A, you’re a master in the art of organization, with a particular knack for scheduling, time and travel management, and you provide the support necessary to help maximize their impact. The leader you support and their network is set up for success by your prompt correspondence and proactive, solution-based approach. Your natural adaptability allows you to flourish in an environment that often requires nimble rearrangements, and you consistently remain calm, cool and collected while balancing multiple priorities, in support of overall Finance objectives and initiatives. You enjoy working within a high-paced and hyper-growth environment.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
You will be working directly with the VP, Global FP&A and VP, Finance – NAM and will partner with a team of high-performing Executive Assistants in providing exceptional support to our senior leadership team across the organization.
