Manager, Footwear Industrialization (Vietnam)

Department: Footwear Reports to: VP – Footwear Development and Engineering (Eventually will report to Director of Product Creation – Asia) Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam   Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As our Footwear Industrialization Manager, you will ensure every product meets the high performance and quality standards that our athletes deserve.  You will play an integral role in the bringing footwear concepts to life and manufacturing of all models throughout the footwear lifecycle, from innovation through production.  You will work on-site with our Tier 1 partners and will collaborate with your Arc’teryx cross-functional partners in Development, Quality, and Costing.  You will support efforts to create and communicate and enforce best practices and ensure the necessary processes are in place to guarantee performance, quality and profitability. Our manufacturing partners will be key stakeholders for you; you’ll work closely with them to drive product and process excellence, and to bring our innovation and in-line product strategy to life.   This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.  Candidates must be eligible to work in Vietnam.   Meet Your Team Our team is a dynamic group spread across the globe.  It sits within our Supply Chain organization and is a center of excellence partner with our Footwear Business Unit.
