Manager, Strategy

Department: Strategy Reports to:Senior Director, Strategy Location: North Vancouver, BC Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Manager, Strategy you will support the enablement of our long-term strategic plan, through cross-functional project management and strategy development. You will be responsible for driving key projects forward; including defining the timelines, developing, and managing the project plan, delivering key areas of work, and working with the team to see progress and unblock challenges along the way.  You thrive in an agile environment and can balance multiple projects at once. You connect dots and can foresee barriers and opportunities with implementing change. You can help simplify complex scenarios and bring clarity to confusion. You bring solutions and appropriate recommendations to solve for anticipated needs. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-location. Meet Your Future Team: The Strategy team, which sits within the Brand Marketing function, partners with the executive leadership team in the development, prioritization, and oversight of our company strategies, working cross-functionally across the business to ensure attainment of our long-term strategic objectives and goals. The team provides strategic insights and frameworks to enable strategy development, cross-functional alignment and executive decision making. We are experts at translating complex, unstructured problems into clear executive level narrative and recommendations. Our team leads the company’s long-range strategic planning process and quarterly business reviews to connect our strategy to our annual operating budget and annual strategic plan.
