People & Culture Corporate Business Partner EMEA (m/w/d)

The execution of this has you partnering with people leaders and team members to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional, and innovative people practices and programs. You proactively anticipate organizational needs and provide insight-driven recommendations that strengthen leadership capability, elevate team effectiveness, and advance a culture where people can thrive. You act as a trusted advisor, balancing empathy with accountability, while navigating complex situations with clarity, discretion, and sound judgment. This role is primarily based out of the Amer Sports Garching/Germany office and is open to hybrid remote work (2 days in the office, 2 days at home and 1 day at the discretion of the manager). Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU. Mid term we foresee the relocation of the role to Amsterdam/Netherlands. Meet your future team: The EMEA People & Culture team (Talent Acquisition, Retail Business partnership and Talent Development & Culture Activation) operates in close partnership with our business & people in region as well as the global People & Culture functions in Vancouver.
