Regional Manager - Korea

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:   As the Regional Manager, you will lead the regional team to bring the Arc’teryx brand to life by building strong communities and delivering seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints. You will be accountable for regional performance and will drive retail operations to ensure alignment with the brand vision and business strategy.   You will lead and develop Store Managers and regional team members while partnering closely with Territory Managers and HQ teams to drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence across all channels, including Brand Stores, Department Stores, and partner locations.   You will also build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to elevate the brand, strengthen distribution, and drive both sell-in and sell-through within your region. As a people-first leader, you will inspire and develop high-performing teams while ensuring operational excellence and outstanding guest experiences.   Meet Your Future Team:   The Korea Retail Commercial team is accountable for delivering sales across all local channels.
