Notre Vendeur Expert est un membre clé de l'équipe de direction du magasin : vous travaillerez aux côtés de l’Assistant Store Manager et du Store Manager dans le management des Product Guides et vous faciliterez l'expérience des clients.
Vous participez activement à la vie du magasin (expérience client, connaissance des produits, opérations de vente, animation de la communauté) et vous trouvez de nouvelles idées pour faire évoluer nos pratiques.
Vous adorez les produits Arc’teryx et recherchez toutes les occasions de sortir pour tester et maîtrisez nos produits. L'Outdoor est votre espace et vous vous réjouissez que d'autres en fassent autant !
L’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux vous anime : vous mettez tout en œuvre pour que votre équipe et vous les atteignez. En tant que Vendeur Expert il est important que tout le monde trouve sa place dans l’équipe et soit capable de développer de nouvelles compétences. Vous évaluez les Product Guides, vous trouvez des solutions pour les aider dans leur montée en compétences et vous célébrez leur réussite. Vous avez conscience que c'est grâce à une équipe soudée que nous accomplissons de grandes choses !
