About the Role Binance is continuing to improve its industry-leading crypto-currency exchange and is looking for eager, hard-working problem solvers that can continue to evolve its exchange platform to add new features and performance improvements.   This role is in the backend development team of the exchange platform that has enabled Binance to become one of the largest crypto-currency exchanges in the world. You will be tasked with solving the difficult and unique challenges that arise from running a regulated platform with 100s of millions of users and 24/7 availability.   As team scope has grown over the years, we are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer (8+ years of experience) who can also take on some lead duties - managing 2-4 developers on small projects and communicating and collaborating with external teams.
