ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY    Artera is hiring a Senior Staff AI Builder to help define what comes next for our agentic platform. You'll be the recognized AI-native expert whose influence compounds across squads — a senior IC who turns ambitious AI strategy into the production systems our customers count on every day.   You'll bring industry-leading AI-native fluency to planning, evaluation, and reliability across multiple squads, graduating shared capabilities from one squad's project into primitives the whole company builds on.   At this level, you'll cut through ambiguity with conviction, taking on the systemic problems where quality, velocity, cost, and risk collide - and where the external AI landscape shifts faster than anyone's roadmap. You'll own the operational plans that shape our short to mid-term results, and set the ethical bar for how builders work with customer data, patient communications, and AI systems.
