This role sits at the center of the lending decision process, responsible for evaluating financing opportunities, structuring transactions, and ensuring sound credit decisions across a portfolio of small and mid-sized business borrowers. The Senior Credit Analyst will partner closely with underwriting and risk leadership to assess borrower financial health, recommend loan terms, and help maintain a high-quality loan portfolio while supporting continued business growth. This role offers meaningful exposure to credit decision-making, deal structuring, and portfolio risk management in a fast-paced lending environment. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional who enjoys digging into financials, evaluating risk, and playing a direct role in approving and structuring financing transactions.
