As Creative Strategy Team Lead, you'll own the strategic direction of our ad creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other platforms. You'll lead a team of 7 creative strategists, push the quality and performance of everything we put into market, and be the person who connects data, audience insight, and storytelling into ads that actually work. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. You'll be deep in the work - in the research, in the briefs, in the feedback, and in the results.  WHAT YOU'LL DO   - Own the creative strategy across our key paid channels - deciding what angles we test, what narratives we build, and what concepts we take to production. - Lead and develop a team of 7 creative strategists, setting clear goals and creating an environment where they grow beyond their limits.  - Lead research into audiences, competitors, and market trends to constantly find new angles and hooks that connect with our customers. - Continuously evaluate ad performance and translate data into better creative decisions, not just better-looking ads. - Run regular creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and performance debriefs that push the team's output to the next level. - Work closely with media buyers to understand what's working in the account and use that to shape creative priorities. - Collaborate with video and design teams to ensure every asset produced reflects the strategic intent behind it. - Partner with the brand team to align ads creative strategy with the whole brand’s creative strategy.   WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR   - At least 5 years in creative strategy or a closely related role, with a minimum of 2 years leading a team. - Proven track record of building winning ad campaigns for DTC brands on Meta and other social platforms. - Deep understanding of what makes content perform across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.  - Strong analytical instincts - you're as comfortable in a performance dashboard as you are in a creative brief. - Excellent communicator and storyteller - both with the customers and the team.  - Obsessed with the intersection of culture, psychology, and commerce - you understand why people buy, not just what they click. - Fluent English, written and spoken.   SALARY: 5500-6500 EUR GROSS/month + BONUS based on performance.
