ABOUT THE POSITION
Process Engineer at BURGA is more than just a title — it’s a front-row seat to evolution of a brand that's taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced evironment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: Be the force behind smarter, faster, and more efficient manufacturing processes. From implementing new technologies and streamlining workflows to solving technical challenges and ensuring production stability—you’ll make sure our operations are as sharp as our designs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support technical innovation, and own process improvements that keep us scaling without losing our edge.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Map, measure, and improve manufacturing workflows.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production process data to drive decisions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues across production lines.
- Implement Lean and other process optimization methodologies.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain production processes and documentation.
- Create and update SOPs, work instructions, process flows, and layout drawings.
- Support automated manufacturing system development.
- Introduce new products into serial production.
- Ensure stability and continuous improvement in production processes.
- Train employees after process or equipment changes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Production/Quality Engineering, Technologist, or similar.
- Experience in process implementation, improvement, and technology scouting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or similar efficiency methodologies.
- Ability to create clear documentation (SOPs, layouts, workflows).
- Understanding of PFMEA, 8D, and other problem-solving tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Effective time management and independence.
- Strong decision-making and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent English.
SALARY: 2635 - 4100 Eur/month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
