Technology Operations Manager

The Technology Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight for operational technology services, with responsibility for driving long-term platform strategy while ensuring the effective execution of daily operations. This role supports a technology ecosystem that includes AWS-based platforms, distributed data center environments, enterprise applications, and SaaS operational systems. This role takes a forward-looking approach to modern cloud-based architecture and operations, ensuring technology initiatives support broader business goals and customer success. The organization’s platforms and services operate within a global, always-on environment, requiring exceptional standards for system performance, cybersecurity, availability, scalability, and operational resilience backed by continuous 24/7 support. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the stability and performance of cloud and on-premises environments, leading application support and operational response processes, directing service delivery and technical operations teams, enabling scalable infrastructure for engineering initiatives, managing enterprise network and database services, and partnering closely with stakeholders across technology and business functions to support organizational objectives. As a technology leader within the organization, you will drive visibility into operational KPIs in partnership with product and engineering teams, proactively mitigate risks to application performance and availability, and identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across platforms and services.
