Senior Policy Manager

The Trust & Safety team works at the intersection of policy, product, engineering, and data to design systems that reduce harm, protect members, and enable authentic, respectful connections at scale.   As a Senior Policy Manager, you will shape the governance, architecture, and operationalization of policies across our platforms — particularly as we evolve toward AI- and LLM-enabled moderation systems. This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring strategic thinking, technical fluency, and principled judgment. You will champion Courage and Excellence by ensuring our policies are scalable, enforceable, culturally aware, and aligned with emerging global safety regulations. Your work will directly influence how millions of members experience safety and fairness on Bumble.
