Nous recherchons un Senior Bid Manager pour piloter des appels d’offres complexes dans le domaine des infrastructures majeures aux Émirats arabes unis, avec une implication progressive sur des opportunités d’infrastructures et de travaux maritimes à l’international.
Basé à Dubaï, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle d’appel d’offres, depuis l’analyse des dossiers jusqu’à la remise finale des propositions. Vous assurerez la coordination des équipes multidisciplinaires et veillerez à l’alignement des aspects techniques, commerciaux, contractuels et opérationnels tout au long du processus de soumission.
Ce poste, de niveau équivalent à celui d’un Chef de Projet, requiert une solide compréhension technique, un sens aigu du commerce, ainsi que de fortes capacités de leadership et de coordination.
