We are looking for Brand Ambassadors in the Rochester, NY area!   Renewal by Andersen is looking for accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?   This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Your hourly rate will be $18/hr plus bonuses. The best part is that our team gets paid every week! On average, our employees make $23/hr.  This team works Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm. There are breaks throughout the day as well as a 1-hour lunch break. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.   PURPOSE: This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing.
