We are looking for Residential Marketing Associates in the Albert Lea, MN area!   Renewal by Andersen is looking for accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?   This position earns commission in addition to base pay. You will be paid an hourly wage of $20 per hour, but the real reward comes from your incentive payments.  This team works Monday - Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm but the specific start and end time of your day would vary based on the time of year and area you’re working in. There are breaks throughout the day as well as a 1-hour lunch break.  Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.   PURPOSE: This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing.
