What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. This position will be a Palo Alto based role. You will be responsible for working inbound/outbound MQLs and setting up prospect meetings for our Account Executives. You will report to our VP of Sales Development.

You'll make 100+ sequence activities per day (emails, phone calls, text messages, video messaging, LinkedIn Inmails), attempting to reach potential clients, prequalify them, and transfer leads over to an Account Executive. You will evaluate current acquisition workflows and identify opportunities to implement AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.

This role is initially a six-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent full-time position based on performance.

This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California. The expectation is in-office presence three days per week, Monday-Wednesday.

We are looking for recent graduates, specifically from Winter 2025, or Spring 2026.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Entry level opportunity. Work with cross-functional teams – build relationships, experience balancing multiple sales opportunities, achieve milestones.

  • Good verbal and telephone communication skills.

  • Build partnership and trusting relationships with prospects to develop an understanding of each client's situation and convey the value of the Pebl services in each interaction.

  • Overcome objections given by potential clients.

  • Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in Salesforce.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as assigned.
