To learn more, please visit: www.colibrigroup.com Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and performance of our ecommerce websites across Real Estate brands while leading the evolution toward an AI-native development model. This role is focused on driving measurable business outcomes (conversion, revenue, engagement) and overseeing a new paradigm where AI agents continuously analyze, recommend, design, implement, and test website improvements.    You will define the roadmap, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and serve as the human-in-the-loop decision-maker ensuring quality, alignment, and business impact of AI-driven changes. This role does not own sprint execution but instead drives what should be built and why, in close partnership with engineering, CRO, marketing, and design teams.
