To learn more, please visit: www.colibrigroup.com Position Summary The Content Strategist is responsible for shaping and scaling a portfolio of test preparation and certification content within a multi-profession learning ecosystem. This role translates product and business goals into clear, actionable content strategies—driving roadmap development, prioritization, and execution across assets and modalities. You will own the strategy and lifecycle of your content category, making portfolio-level decisions on what to build, adapt, extend, or retire based on exam requirements, curriculum changes, performance data, and business priorities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring content is not only high-quality and defensible, but also scalable, reusable, and aligned to evolving learner and market needs. You’ll partner closely with Product, Project Management, Accreditation/Compliance, Psychometrics, B2B Solutions, and Talent teams to drive outcomes across the portfolio.
