Our approach is based on building trust with the layers of an IT organization to help them develop an understanding of how Coupa works, how it processes their data and how this is secured. Part educational, part sales and part technical advisory. Coupa’s strategic direction is to continue to evolve the comprehensive business capabilities delivered over the last two decades and to augment this with deep innovation in many areas.
