Coordonnateur(trice) - Service - Coordinator Service, Vitrerie Vitreco Inc, Laval, QC Temps plein, permanent Votre quotidien chez Vitreco :   Soutient au Surintendant: • Effectuer l'entrée de données relatives aux projets • Assister dans l’organisation et la préparation des horaires pour les projets   • Passer les bons de commande    • Gérer un haut volume de documentation ; s’assurer que tous les dossiers sont complets et que toutes les autorisations, ainsi que les informations pertinentes sont présentes pour les projets complétés   • Préparer les ordres de travail pour les techniciens   Soutient aux opérations du chantier:   • Tenir à jour la documentation des employés de chantier en matière de demandes, permis, vérifications d’antécédents, etc. afin de pouvoir présenter ceux-ci aux instances concernées si nécessaire • Prendre les appels clients, répondre aux questions et envoyer les équipes s’il y a des appels d’urgence   Ce que nous recherchons   • Expériences dans le domaine de la construction un atout • Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et en communication tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral • Fort sens du detail   • Entretenir le relationnel avec la clientèle autant en personne, que par courriel et au téléphone • Capacité à être multitâche, à prioriser, rester organisé et à performer dans un environnement axé sur les échéances. • Fiable, avec de fortes habiletés en gestion de problèmes • Capacité à travailler seul et en équipe      Service Coordinator A Day in the Life Support the Superintendent: • Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy • Organize and schedule jobs • Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged   • High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed   • Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc. and invoicing customers for completed work   Support the field Operations:   • Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc.   • Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls   What We Are Seeking   • Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset • Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to pay strong attention to detail • Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone • Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline- oriented environment   • Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills • Work independently as well as in a team-based environment    #LI-NT1 CANPO
