About this role

Sigma Prime is looking for a Technical Account Manager to work closely with some of the most technically ambitious teams in Web3.


We’re after someone technical who enjoys building long-term relationships and discussing complex systems.

You’ll sit at the intersection of security, research, and client relationships, working closely with our security and research teams during active engagements, as well as founders and engineers across the ecosystem.

You’ll act as the primary point of contact for inbound enquiries, managing communication from the first conversation through to the end of the engagement.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the centre of complex technical engagements, alongside some of the most experienced security researchers and teams in the ecosystem.


The Company

Sigma Prime is a blockchain security and distributed systems consultancy focused on securing critical decentralised infrastructure.

Since 2016, we have worked with many of the most prominent teams in the industry, delivering security assessments, protocol research, design consultancy, and specialist engineering services across complex Web3 systems, distributed protocols, zero-knowledge systems, infrastructure, and smart contracts.

We are also the creators and maintainers of Lighthouse, an Ethereum consensus client used by roughly 40% of the network.


The Role

This role is centred around technical trust, communication, and long-term relationships.


You will:

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for inbound client enquiries

  • Build strong relationships with teams and founders across Ethereum and the broader Web3 ecosystem

  • Lead early technical conversations and help clients navigate the engagement process

  • Coordinate technically accurate proposals and scoping discussions alongside Security Assessment Managers

  • Ensure smooth transitions from proposal into active assessments

  • Maintain visibility across engagement pipelines and ongoing client communication

  • Contribute to technical articles, ecosystem updates, and written content where relevant

  • Genuinely enjoy relationship-building and becoming a trusted long-term point of contact

  • Have experience in technical coordination, ecosystem-facing roles, developer relations, operations, partnerships, or client engagement

  • Operate well independently in a remote environment

  • Experience writing technical articles, ecosystem updates, newsletters, or long-form technical content
