About this role

CrossFit is looking to hire a Integrated Marketing Manager, ( Sport, Partnerships, and Merchandise). You will be responsible for coordinating and executing a broad range of deliverables by working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be a skilled operator with a true passion for CrossFit, and will be excited to roll up their sleeves and jump into strategic and detail-oriented work to support the CrossFit Games sport season, marketing communications and content for our partnerships as well as lead the promotion of our retail store. Reporting into our Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing and working closely with the Sport, Partnerships, and Merchandise teams, this role will project manage initiatives from ideation through to launch, demonstrating both analytical acumen and creative skills. This role will work cross-functionally to drive the CrossFit brand forward. RESPONSIBILITIES:             Strategic Planning: Develop integrated marketing strategies to build interest in the CrossFit brand– specifically driving Sport season participation, partnership engagement, and retail purchases.Create customer activation programs and content that drive engagement with our existing community and growth with new customers. Campaign Development and Execution: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channel touchpoints. Manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines/deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sport, partnerships, retail, product, creative, social and more, to ensure alignment in messaging and execution across all marketing channels. Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize collaboration opportunities. Analytics Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights in the fitness landscape that can drive new opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL: 5+ years experience working on marketing campaigns. Experience creating multi-channel marketing strategies and plans. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives at once. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance differing priorities across teams. The discipline, flexibility, and self-starter mentality required to work as part of a high-performing team
