Be able to transform abstract or technical concepts into beautiful and engaging visuals
Be able to prioritize and work on multiple design projects simultaneously based on rapidly evolving business needs. The company is a fast-growing startup with an international presence, so agility is key.
Be an excellent communicator, able to clearly understand the needs and objectives of the multifunctional team, and ‘talk through’ design decisions.
Be able to work with remote teams and manage communication accordingly. (Head office is located in Seattle, USA.)
Required Tools:
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for still images
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar to create videos and animated motion graphics
Proficiency with AI tools related to illustration/visuals
Recommended Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, or related discipline
2+ years in professional commercial design making customer-facing graphics and videos
Note: Applicants will also be required to provide a design portfolio, and may need to pass a simple design challenge.
