About the Role As Chief Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and physical asset preservation for a mixed-use residential community. Ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for residents, guests, and staff. You will manage budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and sustainability. Lead the residential turnover process, and implement preventive maintenance programs to protect and enhance the resident experience. This role requires strong leadership to guide an in-house maintenance team and coordinate vendor services, while upholding service standards and regulatory compliance. You will champion energy-efficient and sustainable practices, conduct safety audits, oversee emergency preparedness, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to balance resident satisfaction with asset performance.
