About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Analyst to bring analytical rigor to a People team that moves fast and operates lean. You'll own the data infrastructure, systems, and reporting that drive how we understand our workforce — and you'll roll up your sleeves to execute the operational work that keeps our people programs running seamlessly. This role is for someone who is energized by building something from a spreadsheet and equally comfortable managing the day-to-day details of the employee lifecycle. You'll be a close partner to the Director of People, and the connective tissue between data, systems, and the human moments that make Flow a place people want to work.
