The HVAC Sales & Service Technician is a hybrid role which combines hands-on technical work with in-home sales, supporting our mission to deliver sustainable, energy-efficient solutions to homeowners.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining high-efficiency residential HVAC systems while also consulting with customers, assessing their needs, and presenting tailored HVAC solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our sales teams to integrate HVAC into whole-home energy systems.
This position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance into leadership, training, or strategic roles as we scale our HVAC operations. Experience in team management or growing residential HVAC services is a strong plus.
