Role Overview This role is for someone who can design systems that are scaled but also isn’t precious about building temporary things when we need a demo, a pilot, or something to show a room full of stakeholders.   Key Responsibilities Build and maintain business applications, internal tools, and customer-facing solutions Assist teams and stakeholders in developing applications using AI-assisted development tools Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code before deployment Establish standards and best practices for AI-assisted software development Create and maintain code review, testing, and deployment processes Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Support application deployments across cloud and on-premises environments Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to deliver solutions quickly and safely Document development standards, deployment procedures, and operational processes Evaluate emerging AI development tools and recommend best practices for adoption Help establish a scalable framework for application development across the organization   How You’ll Succeed Here You move quickly without sacrificing quality You understand that AI-generated code still requires engineering discipline You're comfortable helping others turn ideas into working applications You can distinguish between a prototype, a pilot, and a production-ready solution You establish practical processes that improve consistency and reliability You help teams deliver more software without creating more technical debt You balance innovation with operational stability   Why This Role Is Interesting Opportunity to shape how AI-assisted software development is adopted across the organization Direct influence on development standards, deployment processes, and engineering practices Work across application development, DevOps, and technical enablement Exposure to a wide variety of projects, teams, and technologies Ability to build solutions while helping others build their own Significant impact on organizational productivity and software delivery Opportunity to define the future development framework for the company   Tech Stack AI-assisted development platforms (Claude Code, ChatGPT) JFrog Artifactory — artifact management and single-source dependency governance GitLab / Bitbucket — source control, merge request workflows, and CI/CD pipelines Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana) for monitoring AI service health Docker and containerized applications AWS and on-premises infrastructure Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web application frameworks PostgreSQL and relational databases REST APIs and service integrations Infrastructure automation and configuration management tools
