The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting key technical talent to expand the capabilities of our growing company. The ideal candidate has the skills and interest to not only recruit amazing talent, but the desire to grow along with the pace of this company and be a key partner in building the recruiting function.  To succeed as our talent representative, you will be passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions, as well as confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates. You are also someone who prioritizes candidate experience and engagement and ensures smooth onboarding experience for each hire.   This position will report to the Head of Global Recruiting and will work closely with our satellite engineering teams as a talent advisor.  The role will be based in our Arlington, TX office or Saratoga, CA office.   We are doing exciting work with satellites, so candidates with and understanding of the technology (eg. the difference between a GEO and LEO satellite) and who can identify talent who have made strong individual and leadership contributions in areas such as component development, design and in-orbit activities will fit very well with our needs.
