Lead Field Service Technician (6462) - Nashville

Daniels Health is looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Lead Field Service Representative. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner closely with the Field Service Manager to support the day-to-day success of our field service team. From stepping in at customer sites when needed to overseeing product inspection and servicing within assigned hospitals or medical centers, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll also act as a go-to resource for Field Service Representatives—offering guidance, coordinating support, and helping ensure exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you work side by side with supervisors, drivers, operations teams, sales, and corporate partners to deliver the high-quality service Daniels is known for.
