DIS -TRAN Steel is seeking a driven, hands-on Plant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Pineville Plant facility. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing employees, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the long-term growth of the business.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment, understands the complexities of steel fabrication, and has a passion for building high-performing teams. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
