This role focuses on translating complex, real-world challenges in AI-driven customer interactions into scalable, market-leading solutions that help enterprises validate autonomous AI behavior, ensure trust, and optimize performance at scale. You will act as a product leader, customer advocate, and cross-functional collaborator, driving measurable outcomes while advancing Cyara’s agentic CX assurance platform vision.
