As an RMA and project manager, you will: Be responsible for the end-to-end RMA process management - ensure timely and accurate processing of product returns, repairs, and replacements while delivering exceptional customer service. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to meet the company’s SLA. Definition and implementation of internal RMA process (DS, Engineering and operations). Working closely and in cooperation with the Global Services team QA and operations team Responsible for status/progress reports and escalated red flags to management Manage the logistical relationship with the customers and D-fend’s stakeholders. KPI Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RMA processing times, customer satisfaction, and quality standards, reporting performance to management. Focuses on proactively managing the end-to-end contract renewal lifecycle by optimizing customer accounts, collaborating with sales for growth opportunities, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure seamless service continuity and revenue stability.
