Sr. Project Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support the financial success of large, multi-disciplinary projects.  DIALOG provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the Partners of the practice and their project portfolios.   In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor by delivering monthly financial updates on portfolio performance, including current financial health and project status, variance analysis and key risks, forecasted revenue, costs, and workload projections.  In this role, you will manage the day-to-day financial operations of an assigned portfolio working collaboratively with the Project Managers and project teams. You will be a key part of the team throughout the full project lifecycle from project setup to project closeout by maintaining accurate financial data, supporting project planning, and helping teams make informed decisions.  This position works closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary design professionals, including architects, landscape architects, interior designers, planners, and engineers, to monitor project billings, costs, budgets, and revenue across projects of varying size and complexity.
