As a Construction Manager, your first project assignment will be our UC Davis Project where you will be deeply involved throughout all phases: you will have a strong influence during the design stage; ensuring constructability and operational efficiency, before leading its execution on site. Here, you won’t be given a step-by-step playbook. Instead, we define what the building needs to achieve—and you’ll have the freedom, resources, and the full toolbox to determine how to get there.
